Is there already an access system we connect to, or just a lock and the old scanner? This decides how we trigger the unlock.

A gym software, a spreadsheet, or something homegrown, and can we get an export with the barcode numbers? This decides how we bring your members across.

What kind of barcode do the cards use?

The exact code type on the plastic cards tells us which camera to use and whether the old cards can be reused as-is.

Do you have a waiver we should build in?

The signup flow collects a signature before it issues a code. We need your exact waiver text and whether a formal e-signature record has to be kept.

Who processes payments today, and can we switch?

Which processor you use now and whether any contract locks you in. Moving to a new one lets us bill in bigger chunks and cut the card fees.

Should members manage their own billing in the app?
