A gym software, a spreadsheet, or something homegrown, and can we get an export with the barcode numbers? This decides how we bring your members across.

Do you have a waiver we should build in?

The signup flow collects a signature before it issues a code. We need your exact waiver text and whether a formal e-signature record has to be kept.

Who processes payments today, and can we switch?

Which processor you use now and whether any contract locks you in. Moving to a new one lets us bill in bigger chunks and cut the card fees.

Should members manage their own billing in the app?

Do you want members changing plans, updating a card, or canceling on their own online, or should that stay with staff? This decides how much of a self-serve account we build.
